The Desert Tortoise Council is offering a lecture course, in two half-day sessions (not available separately), to provide information on the biology of desert tortoises and the field techniques used for monitoring and surveying. Details can be found at the Introductory Tortoise Course Page on the DTC website. The dates of the course are November 6 (noon - 6PM) & 7 (9AM - 3PM), 2020. The course will be online only via a Zoom webinar. There will be NO field component.
